In what has been a relatively easy process, one which hasnt' even involved us going to the bank, today we got our loan contracts from the bank to pay for our new build. Everything has been unconditionally approved on their end and I've already seen a new loan account appear on my netbank. Pretty much nothing to stop up now! Just need to get build permits from council and we can move out ready to give Preferred Demolition the green light to knock down our current home. Getting very real now. Shout out to Kai Lau at BankWest for all his help.
